In Sickness & Health:
Serving You. Staying Small.
UPDATE: 3 Rivers Family Medicine has transitioned to a new online check-in and billing system called Phreesia. This new system will make the check-in process possible from your cell phone or computer and we hope it will dramatically reduce check-in wait times while also helping to keep all information up-to-date. It will also send out appointment reminders and check-in links to the cell phone or email address we have listed on your chart. This system will also take the place of our old billing and statement system. If you have an email address on file with us, please look out for your billing statements in your email inbox from Phreesia. If you have any questions for our billing department regarding this change please contact our office at 509-943-3196 and press the option for billing when prompted OR dial 509-392-5220 to reach our billing department directly.
